AUTUMN FIESTER, PHD
Autumn Fiester, PhD is the MBE/MSME Faculty Program Director and the Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. She is also the Director of the Penn Program in Clinical Conflict Management, which promotes conflict-resolution training for formal clinical ethics consultations and ethics conflicts at the bedside. Dr. Fiester is the recipient of the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching.

MATTHEW MCCOY, PHD, MBE Matthew McCoy, PhD, MBE is the Assistant Faculty Director of the MBE program and Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. He teaches classes on bioethics and public policy, public health ethics, health and human rights, and patient advocacy. His research focuses on conflicts of interest in medicine and the ethics of public engagement in health research and policy making. He received his PhD from Princeton in political science and an MBE from Penn in 2017.

MOLLY SINDERBRAND, PHD, MS Molly Sinderbrand, PhD, MS is the Associate Staff Director for the MBE program. Dr. Sinderbrand earned her PhD in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Applied Ethics through a joint program between Utrecht University and Linkoping University. Prior to joining the MBE Program, she worked for Penn's School of Social Policy and Practice, first as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy and then in the Online Nonprofit Leadership Program. Dr. Sinderbrand’s research and teaching have revolved around ethics, social norms theory, and norm change.
