2018-07-25 08:00:00 2018-07-25 09:00:00 America/New_York Department of Pediatrics 2018 Summer Grand Rounds: Chris Feudtner Please join us for the Department of Pediatrics 2018 Summer Grand Rounds on Leadership in Medicine on Wednesday, July 25th, 2018 from 8:00-9:00 a.m. in Stokes Auditorium.  We are pleased to announce that:  Chris Feudtner, MD, PhD, MPH will be presenting a lecture entitled  “Leadership with a Little ‘L’ and the Role of Emotional Intelligence: What, Why, and How”.  Dr. Chris Feudtner is a pediatrician, clinical investigator, and ethicist at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania who focuses on improving the lives of children with complex chronic conditions and their families. Over the years, he has conducted a wide variety of research projects and been involved in developing clinical programs while also taking care of pediatric patients, including providing palliative care, as well as providing clinical ethics consultations. He lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife (a family physician), three children, and two dogs.  Stokes Auditorium Penn Medical Ethics
