But how do they do so? This talk draws on in-depth research with patients, physicians and hospital chaplains to explore these realms, revealing how chaplains play critical roles, especially in fragmented health care systems, aiding patients, as well as providers facing moral distress, but are often unappreciated and marginalized. This talk examines these challenges and ways we can best address patients' and providers' needs.
