Free Online Education Resources from Our Department
The Perelman School of Medicine’s Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy has brought together several free resources that may help faculty in need of teaching material as well as students interested in these areas. Our department is offering guidance on best practices for remote teaching, gleaned from our experience offering Penn’s first online master’s degree, the Master of Health Care Innovation. We are also making available a wide variety of recorded video content in clinical and research ethics from our faculty experts. This content is available for anyone to access – faculty may share the content with their students and learners looking for content may register for free.
- Teaching Resources Overview provides an overview of the available Medical Ethics and Health Care Innovation content
- Video Resources Catalog lists all the available videos with a link to request free access
- Remote Teaching Best Practices contains downloadable pdfs on delivery, interaction, assessment and communication
We hope that these resources will be useful to medical, nursing, and other health-related schools across the country.
