Ms. Joelle Friedman is the Managing Director for the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics and the Administrative Director for the Division of Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Friedman joined the Center in July 2010 after spending 10 years at Duke University, where she managed numerous clinical research studies as a Clinical Trial Project Leader and in the latter part of her tenure was the Managing Director of Research Operations where she led the research group’s day to day operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Columbia University and received her Bachelor’s from Rutgers University.
