Caitlin O’Neill manages the department's online educational initiatives noncredit programs, including professional development and continuing education. Prior to joining the University of Pennsylvania, Caitlin had earned her BS in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and served two years as an AmeriCorps member with City Year Philadelphia.
