Holly Fernandez Lynch, JD, MBE, organized a letter signed by 837 experts in medical ethics regarding the inhumane treatment of children being detained at the U.S. border patrol facilities. The letter was drafted to support the arguments being advanced by lawyers representing the class of children covered by the Flores settlement.
