David Rosenkranz, PhD is an applied microeconomist specializing in health economics and industrial organization. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, the Wharton School, and the Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Rosenkranz studies the determinants of health care access, capacity investment, and utilization, including the effects of public policy and competition. He received his doctorate from the Columbia University Department of Economics in 2022.
