Rebecca Pepe, MPH, is a project manager at the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit within CHIBE and supports projects under Drs. Mitesh Patel and Amol Navathe. She works on health system initiatives using behavioral economics to improve care delivery. Her most recent project involves supporting provider payment transformation with the Hawaii Medical Services Association. She also works on initiatives to increase guideline-concordant statin prescribing and programs to promote opioid stewardship. Prior to her current position, Becca worked at the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Family Medicine and Community Health on programs aimed at eliminating disparities in cancer morbidity and mortality by providing equitable access to screening and treatment. Becca holds a master’s degree in public health from Yale University and dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and biological anthropology from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
