Claire Yu is a clinical research coordinator supporting projects that implement behavioral science approaches to reduce cardiovascular risk. She received her B.A. in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, she worked as a research assistant with the Penn Neurosurgery Clinical Research Division at Pennsylvania Hospital. She primarily supported a project focused on improving clinical outcomes in spinal surgery patients. Over the past year, she also worked in a public health position as a clinic liaison with the Nationalities Service Center assisting newly arrived refugees navigate the health care system.
