Katherine Miller, PhD, is health services researcher applying an economic lens to health policy research and evaluation. She is a postdoctoral researcher at the Perelman School of Medicine and associate fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Dr. Miller studies access to long-term care and the effects of policies on outcomes of the long-term care workforce (including paid and unpaid caregivers) and adults with medically complex needs. She received her doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Department of Health Policy and Management in 2021.
